Larisse is passionate about turning research questions into robust projects, and thus she provides support with the Grey Zone study logistics.

Hannah Foggin, Research Assistant

Hannah Foggin is a final year medical student at UBC. Her prior research has tied together her statistical, healthcare, and obstetric interests, towards defining and prioritizing value in healthcare. She completed her Bachelors of Science at UBC in 2018 with a Combined Major in Statistics, Life Sciences, and Chemistry. She has worked in research including shared clinical decision making, healthcare funding models, patient-reported outcome measures, risk communication in obstetrics, and in obstetric management decision making. Hannah has had the honor of working with this ‘Grey Zone’ team since 2019. She hopes to see this project – and others like it in the future – help providers navigate patients through grey zones of obstetric treatment decisions, to reach decisions that are right for them.
